Our CT scanner (computer axial tomographic scanner) is a state of the art 2-slice scanner that combines accurate imaging with safety. The 2-slice scanner has been proven to have significantly less radiation than the more popular 64-slice scanner. In a recent study comparing the radiation dose of the two types of scanners, the 64-slice scanner was shown to me more than twice that of our in-office scanner.
